Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery can only be guaranteed for fresh flower products to the Northside of Brisbane, if these orders are received before 1pm Monday – Friday.
To ensure your delivery is made on the same day as you place the order, please place your order before 1pm Monday – Friday, or you may be disappointed with your delivery time options.
Same day delivery is NOT available on Saturdays.

For speciality orders – eg. hampers, personalised balloons, personalised gifts and posted items,  we need a little more time to arrange your special gift. For these, please allow one business day notice, as these will be next business day delivery.

For dried blooms orders – we need 2 business days notice to arrange for you.

Funerals
We understand that when it comes to an occasion such as a funeral, your floral arrangement needs to be delivered at a specific time. When placing an order for a funeral you will be asked for the time of the funeral. If you are uncertain we can find out for you by contacting the funeral home in advance.

All Other Occasions
Please note, we are unable to guarantee delivery at specific hours of the day. Remember, if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact SAMANTHAS FLOWERS FT GMAHS BALLOONS directly.

If you have special circumstances such as late notice of a funeral please call us on 0452 043 403 directly as soon as possible to arrange your order.

Please note: if you select a delivery date that is not in-line with these delivery guidelines, they will NOT be delivered on your chosen date
