Delivery Times

SAMANTHAS FLOWERS FT GMAH’S BALLOONS can deliver from Monday to Saturday, as well as special occasions such as Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver at exact specified times of the day or on Sundays.
Home deliveries are made between the hours of 7am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday.
Deliveries to business addresses can be made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
We are unable to deliver at specific times.

Same Day Delivery not Available on Saturdays

For speciality orders –  eg. hampers, personalised balloons, personalised gifts and posted items,  we need a little more time to arrange your special gift. For these, please give us 1  business day notice.

For dried blooms orders – we need 2 business days to arrange for you.

Funerals
We understand that when it comes to an occasion such as a funeral, your floral arrangement needs to be delivered at a specific time. When placing an order for a funeral you will be asked for the time of the funeral. If you are uncertain we can find out for you by contacting the funeral home in advance.

All Other Occasions
Please note, we are unable to guarantee delivery at specific hours of the day. Remember, if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact SAMANTHAS FLOWERS FT GMAH’S BALLOONS directly.

If you have special circumstances such as late notice of a funeral please call us directly on 0452 043 403  as soon as possible to arrange your order.

Please note: if you select a delivery date that is not in-line with these delivery guidelines, they will NOT be delivered on your chosen date – hampers, personalised balloons and personalised gifts will be on the next delivery date after 1 business day. Dried blooms will be on the next delivery date after 2 business days, from the date you place the order.
